PALAUJEWELRY RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased from Palau Jewelry Online only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from Palau Jewelry Online must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 30* days from the date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualify for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not returnable, gift cards, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return. Palau Jewelry Online monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Palau Jewelry Online. If issued in these instances, Palau Jewelry Online has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment with a few exceptions:
- For online orders where the payment was split between a Palau Jewelry Online gift card and a credit card, debit card, or bank-issued gift card, the credit is applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank-issued gift card first. If a balance remains to be credited, it will be applied to the Palau Jewelry Online gift card.

If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on palaujewelry.com may be returned.
Return / Exchange FAQs
How long will it take to receive a credit for my returned items? Once received, returns are processed within 7–10 business days. The time to post a credit to your account can vary and is determined by the issuing bank. Please contact the issuing bank for details.
When I exchange an item, there are two transactions on my credit card. Can you explain? When an exchange is requested, it is completed in two steps: 1) A credit is issued for the item(s) returned. 2) A new order is processed for the item(s) requested in exchange. Two transactions will be posted to your account; a credit for the returned item(s) and one charge for the item(s) requested in exchange. Please note that billing for the exchange item is subject to payment authorization and once authorized, it will be posted immediately to your account. While both the credit transaction and the billing transaction for the exchange occur simultaneously, it may take longer for the credit to post to your account depending upon the bank’s processing times for credits.
I used PayPal or Afterpay to make my purchase. Can I exchange my order? Yes. If you would like to make an exchange on an order originally paid with PayPal or AFTERPAY, please contact us at email@example.com. Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you in processing your exchanges directly with your PayPal or AFTERPAY account and will require a credit card for processing.
I ordered/received the wrong product. Can I return it? If your online order is not as expected, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
My item arrived damaged. What should I do? If you received damaged merchandise, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents and please contact us at email@example.com
I would like to return a gift but I don’t want the gift-giver to know. Can you help? If you would like to return or exchange an item you received as a gift, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Our Online Service Team will be happy to assist you with eligible returns and provide you with specific return instructions.
Damaged Items When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us as soon as possible.
