Q: How do I find out about the next product launch or restock? 
A: We announce all our launches on social media, so please follow us @palau_jewelry on Instagram to find out first.



Q: Can I change my order once I've placed it?
A: No, once you place an order it is final. We cannot make changes to an order once it's already been placed.



Q: Do you offer Free Shipping?
A: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S.A. orders.



Q: What method is used for shipping?
A: All domestic packages are shipped via USPS. 



Q: Do you offer returns?
A: Yes, we do offer returns. Please refer to the Refund Policy section to read about how we process returns.


Q: Where can I find my tracking information?
A: Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking info.

A: Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours to receive due to high demand. If you have not received your order confirmation e-mail after 24 hours, please contact us at palaujewelry.usa@gmail.com with your inquiry.
